Easy Online Registration
Turnstile Systems™ provides safe and secure online registration – greatly reducing or eliminating manual data entry by your staff. Registrants find our online registration services easy-to-use and very reliable. Online registration functionality includes the ability to ask custom questions, integrated merchandise ordering, and member discount management. The current registration status of all programs is automatically displayed on the website (open, closed, waitlisted or full) based on real-time registration levels.
Encrypted Online Payment
Turnstile Systems™ utilizes state-of-the-art technology in providing an easy to use and intuitive payment process that has been used by more than a million participants. We are a PCIDSS* Level II certified company that provides safe, secure and encrypted credit card processing with real-time validation.
There are no set-up or hosting fees for use of the Turnstile Systems™ Merchant of Record account. We've processed more than $100 million in client transactions allowing us to provide very competive credit card processing rates.
Turnstile Systems™ provides services to Clients in several countries and currently process transactions in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Euros. Contact us for additional currencies.

Your Account
Registrants will no longer have to contact your management staff to verify event information or to make payments. They can access their specific account information 24 x 7 x 365 using their secure username and password.
Secure Group Pages
Groups together with their facilitators have the ability to access secure group pages. Assigned registrants can view and print information including documents. Group pages also include an message board and contact information for other members of the team.
Referral Marketing
Turnstile Systems™ includes “Tell-a-Friend” referral marketing capability that leverages direct registrant to potential registrant referrals via a personal email message. The “Tell-a-Friend” email includes an embedded link to the registration page of the event being recommended. Thanks to this popular feature, many of Turnstile Systems™’s Clients have increased participation 10% to 40% at no cost!
Online Merchandise Ordering
The Turnstile Systems™ website allows your organization to sell merchandise in conjunction with either event registration or as a standalone service. Selecting free merchandise included as part of registration is also supported. Merchandise reports streamline and support the process of placing orders and fulfilling purchases.
Sponsor and Revenue Opportunity
The Turnstile Systems™ provided registration website encourages the sales of sponsorships, online donations and paid advertising to support and market your organization. Turnstile Systems™ Clients retain 100% of the revenue generated from fundraising activities such as web advertising, sponsorships and advertising. Web-ad sponsors also get the benefit of exposure any time an email is sent using the Desktop Application.

Organization Management Tools
Turnstile Systems™ includes powerful Desktop application for easy management of your website, events, calendars and payments. Designed for non-technical event staff it allows easily publishing of website content and images using a Microsoft Word like tool. The Desktop provides all information in real time allowing your organization to track progress, create and run reports and more effectively manage operations. Reports and data are easily exported to Microsoft Excel.
Branded HTML Emails
Turnstile Systems™ Desktop allows you to send unlimited emails to event registrants or groups of registrants that meet your selected criteria. Emails are client-branded for a professional look. Email communication is ideal for reaching registrants with updates to schedules and registration status as well as event reminders and so much more. For your convenience, the Desktop Application tracks all emails sent.
Branded HTML E-Newsletter
Sending an E-Newsletter to event registrants or people who have registered in the past is an ideal way for your company to communicate important information and to promote your organization’s events.
Extensive Reporting Capability
Turnstile Systems™ includes sophisticated real time reporting enabling your organization to quickly use standard reports or create custom reports. Whether it is to track registrant information, payment status, and other metrics that ensure program success we make it easy. Reports are easily be exported to Microsoft Excel and other formats.
Marketing Tools
Your staff can use Turnstile Systems™'s flexible reporting and communication tools to build lists and send free HTML email and eNewsletters communicating important information and promoting your events and services. Creating mailing labels for printed communication can easily be done.
Resctricted Access
Users of Turnstile Systems™' Desktop application require a username and password plus a unique license key to gain access. This provides a significantly more security than web based applications. Access levels for your staff based are fully customizable based on their respective responsibilities.

Turnstile Systems™ provides a compelling solution that is very affordable and often fully subsidized by the incremental revenue generated from increased participation as well as online donations, sponsorships and merchandise sold by your organization.
Our business model is very straightforward and primarily based on a modest per registration fee on all paid registrations together with third party credit card processing costs. There is no per registration fee charged by Turnstile Systems™ on free programs or volunteer registrations.
No Hidden Costs
Turnstile Systems™ does not charge separately for web site set-up, initial program set-up, website hosting, website support and monitoring, customer service, initial and ongoing training, offsite data back-up, credit card processing set-up or new releases.
Initial Website and Program Set-Up
Our Client Services staff will build and deliver a fully functioning, client-branded, online registration website within 15 working days or less of receipt of your website and program content and receipt of a Service Agreement.
This fifteen day period includes up to five days for our professional client services staff to build your website and initial programs, up to five days for you to review the website and program information and up to five days for our staff to make revisions based on your input.
Exceptional Customer Service
We provide exceptional client service support and are staffed to quickly respond to phone, email and fax support questions. Our staff is knowledgeable, well trained and polite.
We have extensive experience working with organizations and companies of all sizes and understand the nuances associated with building the visibility and participation of your organization in your community. Our best practices recommendations are based on our work with other community organizations and youth sports organizations.
Client Services provides unlimited telephone and email support from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday at no charge.
Professional Free Training
We recognize that organizations depend on the tremendous efforts of their volunteer and paid staff and that these roles may change frequently. That’s why Turnstile Systems™ provides unlimited free training for our client administrators.
Your organization can have multiple staff participate in our training program as many times as they desire. Our training program is administered by our professional trainers via live web conferencing. Training is broken into fourteen separate modules enabling your staff to choose which sessions they attend based on their respective responsibilities. A library of narrated online training tutorials is also available 24 x 7 x 365.
Remittance
As the Merchant of Record, Turnstile Systems™ collects online, credit card registration fees on behalf of your organization and remits the monies twice monthly (after deducting the Turnstile Systems Transaction Fees and credit card processing fees), along with a detailed Remittance Report to its Clients. As a result, your organization will greatly reduce the number of checks handled and the associated processing efforts. There is also the option of using your own Merchant of Record, if preferred.
Free Updates and New Releases
Turnstile Systems™ produces enhancement releases after exhaustive testing. These updates include new features that are based on the input and suggestions from our existing clients. All Clients are automatically and seamlessly upgraded to new releases when accessing the Administration Application. These updates and new releases are provided to your organization free of charge.

Our technology platform runs on enterprise-class servers. The functionality and usability offered by the Count Me In solutions is unrivaled in the industry; more importantly, our solutions are scalable for virtually any customer requiring online registration, payment processing, and program management.
Insurance
Turnstile Systems™ is insured by the Chubb Insurance Group. This commercial policy includes $1,000,000 per occurance General Liability and $1,000,000 per claim Errors & Omissions coverage.
Security & Privacy
The security and confidentiality of your organization’s Participant Information is always a priority at Turnstile Systems™. That’s why we go to such great lengths to provide a solution that protects your participants and organization against fraud and unauthorized distribution of Participant Information. Turnstile Systems™ does not rent, re-use, distribute, sell or share Participant Information.

Our Double Tyte multi-dimensional security approach is uniquely employed by Turnstile Systems™.
